Step-by-Step Recipe
1. Soak & Boil Chickpeas
Soak 1 cup chickpeas overnight (8β10 hours).
Pressure cook with 3 cups water + salt for 4β5 whistles until soft.

2. Prepare Masala Base
Heat oil/ghee in a pan.
Add onions (if using) and sautΓ© till golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
