Refund & Return Policy

At Four Farmers / KAASS ENTERPRISES, we strive to deliver high-quality products with the best customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only offered in case of a damaged, defective, expired (as per the packet) product. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide clear photos or videos of:

  • The product showing the issue
  • The original packaging (including outer box, labels, and any inserts)

Our team will take up to 1-3 business days to review your case. If your claim is valid, we will send a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund of the damaged product..

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We accept damage claims only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with required proof as mentioned above.

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are not applicable on products purchased using coupon codes or during promotional events.

No refund or replacement requests will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is successfully placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund requests will only be considered if the shipping location is not serviced by our delivery partners or if there is an unreasonable delay in delivering the ordered product. Damaged products will be exchanged following our Returns & Exchange policy.

Once a refund is confirmed in writing by us, it will be processed within seven (7) working days and returned via the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account after initiation.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
  • Non-availability of the recipient at the provided address.
  • Refusal to accept the product.
  • Delivery to a person or location specified by the customer, other than the customer.
  • Events outside our control (force majeure).
  • If the product has been tampered with by the customer.
